This bbq rub is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. Rub it on your pork and it will turn out delicious!
This bbq rub is AMAZING. It tastes so good on any pork it is sure to be a favorite in your house (I know it is in mine!) I have been experimenting with bbq rubs for a bit now, and finally found the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. I’m so proud of this rub that I decided to put my name on it. I love quick and easy recipes. All you have to do is measure out your spices, whisk them together, and rub it on your pork! Or if you’re like me you triple the recipe and save the dry rub in a mason jar to always have it on hand in a pinch.
First, measure out your ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. There is a little bit of kick in this rub, so if you prefer less heat, just add less cayenne pepper when you are making this. Or alternately, add more cayenne pepper for added heat! Of course, I think the proportions are absolutely perfect, so if you are unsure, just follow my recipe, I bet you will like it!
Next, and this is the final step (I told you this was easy,) whisk the ingredients together.
