Ribs are kind of my jam lately. This Honey-Apple BBQ Glazed Ribs recipe was created because I wanted a no-fuss, fall rib recipe. In my opinion, it’s a hassle to wrap ribs in aluminum foil or use a pan when making ribs, so I decided to cut those parts out and see what happened. The result was still incredibly juicy and flavorful meat!
The secret to this recipe is the homemade Honey-Apple BBQ Sauce. I lather that sauce on thick and let it cook in the meat. It also tastes good as dipping sauce.
Grill the dry rubbbed ribs at 350-400° F on indirect heat for an hour and forty-five minutes. Then baste and grill another twenty minutes. Check internal temperature and baste again. Internal temperature should reach about 190-195° F. I ended up needing to grill 10 more minutes to reach 195°F.
Remove from grill and let rest 15 minutes before serving.
